PENYANYI hip hop Kendrick Lamar mendahului senarai pencalonan anugerah muzik berprestij Amerika Syarikat, Anugerah Grammy yang akan berlangsung awal tahun depan.
Lamar tercalon dalam 11 pencalonan manakala penyanyi wanita paling berpengaruh, Taylor Swift turut mendapat antara pencalonan terbanyak menerusi Album of the Year, Record of the Year dan Song of the Year.
Album terbaharu Adele berjudul 25 walau bagaimanapun tidak tercalon kerana ia lambat dikeluarkan kerana Grammy 2016 hanya menilai album yang dikeluarkan dari bulan Oktober 2014 hingga September tahun ini.
